Oh come on... Cut it a break. Naruto's pretty awesome.
The Raikages are known for being strong, but to deal with a full power Rasenshuriken like it's nothing is pretty hax. Plot does come into play though. I bet Kishi is only making the Raikage that strong in order to show us that Naruto has the Bijuu Bomb down pat. Even with Plot interfering with the fight, it was a pretty cool chapter.
On another note: Isn't this supposed to be 534?

I agree, it was good, but there is a little to much plot...IDK I still liked it.
